Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items including:

  • Personalized or monogrammed school uniforms
  • Opened packages of socks or underwear

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund:

Exchanges
